OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
We, at Heart For Christ Ministries,
are devoted to building communities of true disciples of Jesus
Christ through home fellowship, biblical teaching, and team
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH:
• We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word
of God and is the final authority in all matters of our faith
• We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker
of heaven and earth, seen and unseen.
• We believe in one
Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death
through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension
to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in
power and glory.
• We believe that salvation is by the grace of God through
faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that the blood Jesus shed
for us on the cross paid the full penalty for our sins and provides
the sole basis for God's forgiveness.
• We believe in the
present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by Whose indwelling the Christian
is enabled to live the Godly life.
• We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and
the lost - those who are saved to the resurrection of life,
and those who are lost to the resurrection of condemnation.
• We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ,
and the evidence of that unity being shown by how we love one
We believe and observe the Seventh Day of the Week (based on moon phases) as the biblical Christian
On end-time subjects, we endorse the Premillenial Second Coming
of Jesus Christ and the Pre-Wrath
Rapture of the Church.
OUR APPROACH - SMALL GROUPS:
• We believe that,
by making a difference in a small group of people, we can
make a difference in the world.
• Small groups foster
true Biblical community where life change and true spiritual
• Small groups are fertile ground to
grow leaders who can reproduce themselves;
• Small groups help us complete the
mission - build a community to reach a community.
OUR NAME - HEART FOR CHRIST:
Only one heart? Yes! We have
the same heart to know Christ, to grow in Christ, and to witness
for Christ. Above all, we are united as one in Christ.
".. so that
with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ." (Romans 15:5-6, NIV)
